We help young men aged 16–25 build resilience, confidence, and direction through practical coaching and boxing fitness

WHO WE ARE

We are a non-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) delivering vital early intervention for young men transitioning out of school, college, or university.

Through an impactful blend of conversation, group coaching, and boxing fitness, we equip young people with the practical tools they need to stay well, stay connected, and stay in absolute control of their future

As a social enterprise, 100% of our income is reinvested directly into supporting young men before a mental health crisis can take root

MY STORY

Mind to Motion was created in memory of my brother, who tragically took his life at the start of 2025. His loss opened our eyes to how many young men find it difficult to speak about their mental health.

We combine boxing with open, honest conversations to give young men a space to move, connect, and look after their mental wellbeing. It’s about real support, real strength, and knowing you’re not alone.

FREE • 2-WEEK PROGRAMME

Blast away summer brain fog. This fast-paced mental and physical sprint gives you the tools and stamina to succeed as you transition into education, or employment, for young men aged 16–25
