Including group sessions, boxing-based fitness, and corporate and community wellbeing talks to reduce stigma and support others.
All income is reinvested to support more men and young adults.

MY STORY
Mind to Motion CIC was created in memory of our brother, who tragically took his life at the start of 2025. His loss opened our eyes to how many men find it hard to speak about their mental health.
We combine boxing with open, honest conversations to give men a space to move, connect, and look after their mental wellbeing.
It’s about real support, real strength, and knowing you’re not alone.
